Data collected

Creating an account collects: email address, username, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), account creation date, last login date, and the number of dyno analyses performed.

The builds you create (tuning setups: car, parts, settings) are tied to your account and belong to you.

If you use the dyno analyzer, the screenshot you upload is sent to our own image-analysis service (self-hosted, no external third party) to extract the power curve, and is not retained beyond processing.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to operate the service (authentication, saving your builds, improving the tool). Legal basis: performance of the contract formed when you create an account, and legitimate interest for internal, anonymized usage statistics.

Data sharing

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. It is only accessible to the hosting provider (Hostinger, as technical processor) and the site publisher.

Cookies

A session cookie, strictly necessary to keep you logged in, is always set — it does not require consent.

We also use Google audience-measurement and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, and where applicable Google AdSense to display ads that fund the free service) to understand site usage, evaluate our campaigns, and, if you accept, show more relevant ads. They are only set after your explicit consent, collected via the banner shown at the bottom of the page (Google Consent Mode — no data is sent to Google until you accept; if you decline, non-personalized ads may still be shown). You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer, or manage your Google ad preferences directly at adssettings.google.com.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You may request its deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@willsprod.fr. You may also file a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France: cnil.fr).
